Royal Quays Marina welcomes back a familiar face

Network Yacht Brokers Newcastle, which is owned and operated by Quay Marinas, has welcomed back a familiar face to run the brokerage at Royal Quays Marina.
David Wood previously worked in the brokerage office at Royal Quays when it was operated by Amble Boat Company and has returned to the North East after a stint working for Beneteau dealer, Maiden Marine, on Lake Windermere.David takes over from George Thomson who has retired to do some serious blue water cruising.
David Wood has a wealth of experience in brokerage and marine sales and is already renewing old contacts as well as making new ones. He offers a 'Find a Boat' service for customers which is proving particularly popular.
Through his work with Maiden Marine, David is also bringing a Beneteau sub dealership to Royal Quays which will enable him to sell new sailboats and powerboats as well as offering the normal brokerage service for pre-owned boats.
The NYB Newcastle office is open 10 am to 6 pm Tuesday to Saturday and the phone number is 0191 272 9086. David Wood can also be contacted at brokerage@quaymarinas.com
