Suzanne achieves top marina management accreditation

Suzanne Bell, Marina Manager at Rhu Marina has achieved the Marina Industry's top management accolade, the Global Marina Institute 'Certificated Marina Manager' accreditation.

Suzanne was presented with her certificate by Andy Wells, Head of Property for Crown Estate Scotland at CES's offices in Edinburgh. Quay Marinas Limited leases Rhu Marina from CES and has done so since 2008. Also pictured is Eddy Young, Senior Berthing Master at Rhu Marina.

Simon Haigh, Managing Director of Quays Marinas, said 'We are very proud that Suzanne has attained CMM status and this reflects her deep understanding of the Marina Industry and the standards that yachtsmen demand in terms of facilities and customer service. The next challenge for Suzanne and her team is to prepare Rhu Marina for its own accreditation under The Yacht Harbour Association 'Gold Anchor Award' scheme which is due this summer'.
