2018 World Blind Match Racing Championships held at Rhu Marina

Sailors from Great Britain, the United States, Canada and Australia competed between 3rd to 7th September at the 2018 World Blind Match Racing Championships hosted by the Royal Northern and Clyde Yacht Club and held at Rhu Marina.
The Championships were won by the GBR1 team who remained unbeaten in all their 13 races over 5 days of close, competitive racing on the Clyde.
An honoured guest at the event was HRH The Princess Royal, Patron of RNCYC, who watched some of the semi final action and met competitors, race officials, event organisers and sponsors in the Rhu Marina marquee. (Image courtesy of Neil Ross).
