Following a reassessment of Conwy Quays Marina by The Yacht Harbour Association, we are delighted that the marina has retained its prestigious 5 Gold Anchor Award.
This is the highest award attainable and is indicative of the level of customer service, quality and range of facilities provided at Conwy.The Gold Anchor Award Scheme is a voluntary assessment programme, established over 25 years ago and which offers a trustworthy measure of excellence for boat owners when looking for an annual or visiting berth. The award ratings can vary from 1 to 5 Gold Anchors and involve a three stage process; an independent assessment, a 'mystery shopper' visit and a berth holders online questionnaire.
