Conwy Quays Marina hosts All Wales Boat Show

Conwy Quays Marina hosts All Wales Boat Show

Conwy Quays Marina had the honour of hosting the 2017 All Wales Boat Show which ran from June 9th-11th.
This was the the third time that the Show has been held at Conwy and was the most successful yet with the weather mainly being kind to the organisers and with the event showcasing a wide range of fantastic exhibitors and stands with lots of new and brokerage boats for visitors to look at on the pontoons. There was also the chance for children to get on the water with Colwyn Bay Watersports Centre running canoeing, kayaking and raft building sessions. There was live music on offer throughout much of the Show and the Mulberry and the bars outside did brisk business. A professional flyboarder also did a number of jaw dropping demonstrations.
The holding of the All Wales Boat Show at Conwy Quays Marina coincided with the celebrations for the 25th anniversary of the opening of the Marina back in 1992. Quay Marinas Ltd was delighted to organise a 25th Marina Birthday Party on the Saturday night which went on long into the night with over 150 marina berth holders attending. The Party proved a fitting climax to a memorable weekend.
