Annual dredge starts at Conwy Quays Marina

In a sure sign that Christmas is on the horizon, the 2014/2015 dredging campaign at Conwy Quays Marina is under way. In order to minimise disruption to customers, dredging will be carried mainly during the week to allow free boat movements at weekends.

Dredging at Conwy is due to be completed by the end of January with work at Deganwy Quays Marina due to start in February. Quay Marinas' Regional Manager, Jon Roberts, said 'It's amazing how quickly the start of the dredging season at Conwy and Deganwy comes round every year. This will be the fourth season since the acquisition of 'Little Orme' and she has made a huge difference to water depths at both marinas'.
