Keep safe, keep calm - Our approach to COVID-19

As a team of boaters, we are doing what we can to get ready for the difficult times that we all face over the next few months. Our crew are preparing, battening down the hatches, and taking every appropriate measure to keep you and our staff safe.

At this point, we remain open and operational, so in this time of uncertainty you can continue to get out on the water and enjoy your boat. We can’t think of many better places to be right now than out on the water!

You will still find our teams out on the pontoons, checking lines and boats and keeping an eye on things, so rest assured that your boat remains safe in our care. Our boatyards will also continue to function, under slightly restricted operating hours and all tidal gates and lock operations will continue as normal until further notice.

While we normally love to see you in the marina office, we will be operating a reduced service with less staff to keep social contact to minimum, in line with the most recent Government advice. So we kindly ask that you keep your office visits to a minimum.  However you can continue to keep in touch and make payments over the phone, by email or using our online payment portal.

We have been following all guidelines from the Government and Public Health England and we urge our customers to do the same. You will see posters around each of our marinas with latest guidance on responding to Covid-19 and we ask that you please observe these with care. For more information, the latest guidance can be found here.

The safety of our customers and staff is of paramount importance to us and we are closely monitoring the news, information, advice and guidance from the World Health Organisation and local authorities regarding the spread of the Coronavirus.

We will continue to keep you updated and encourage you to get in touch if you have any questions about our approach to COVID-19.

We have no doubt that, in time, this storm will pass, and we will all be enjoying our boating again. Keep safe, keep calm and we will see you soon.
