All of our customers have access to good quality, up-to-date facilities available 24 hours a day. They include:
- 340 fully serviced and secure pontoon berths within 2 basins.
- Professional, friendly staff on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
- Accommodation for vessels of up to 25m L.O.A., Beam 5.5m and Draught 3m.
- Gasoil (red diesel - not for road use) and petrol are available on the fuel pontoon.
- Toilets and showers are located in both the Marina Office and Inner Basin Service Building.
- A berth holders T.V. lounge is available in the Inner Basin Service Building.
- Water & electricity (240 volt/15 amp) available on all berths.
- A full boatyard service is provided. Trained, qualified staff operate our 20T mobile hoist. 4 weeks storage ashore is included within the annual berthing rate.
- Ample free car parking is available to berth holders.
- Chandlery, boat sales, boat and engine repair, sailmaking, carpentry and rigging services are provided on site.
- A new cafe/bar/restaurant called Pier 64, which overlooks the Inner Basin, opened on 1st July 2011. Pier 64 offers meals and snacks all day and also has a licensed bar (02920 000064 for bookings).
- El Puerto's and La Marina restaurants offer excellent food and drinks from the Custom House adjacent to the marina.
- Bicycles are available for hire from the Marina Office.
Free and discounted visitor berthing for our annual berth holders.
One of the added benefits to being a "Quay Marinas Berth Holder" is the ability to take advantage of free visitor berthing at the other marinas within the Quay Marinas group. Additionally Penarth Quays Marina is a member of the Trans Europe Marinas network - a federation of select marinas offering reciprocal berthing arrangements for their respective berth holders. Please note that these offers are available for annual berth holders only.
Quay Marinas - Free visitor berthing for up to 30 days per year at each marina in the Quay Marinas group. This offer is subject to availability. Stays of more than 5 days should be booked in advance. To take advantage of this offer, simply mention that that you are a Quay Marinas annual berth holder, when you check in and the reception staff will contact your home marina to confirm your eligibility.
